Our Story
Our journey began in 1965, when Tom Johnson started his career in the pool industry as a construction worker for Centex Pools. Throughout the years, he worked his way up the ranks, ultimately becoming a co-owner and leader of the company. Following the recession of the 1980s, Tom founded Johnson Custom Pools, launching a successful pool construction business. In 1990, his son, Craig, joined the company, and in 2019, Craig took over the business, renaming it Johnson Custom Pools LLC. While Tom enjoys his full retirement, he remains a valued consultant.
