This special training ensures the highest safety standards are delivered to you and your family. We're committed to providing top-notch service, and we're proud to offer a wide range of options to meet our customers' needs.

Our Process

Our process involves a detailed and meticulous design and construction plan that insures everything goes smoothly from start to finish. We have the largest service team in New England and have been making people smile from Bar Harbor to Nantucket with our advanced pool construction process.

Here's our process in 10 easy steps:

Step 1: Design Consultation

We'll set up a consultation and come over to meet with you and discuss various options. We'll take pictures, drawings, and measurements of your backyard, which will be converted into a 3D drawing of your property. You'll be able to see exactly how your new pool will fit into your landscape with your home in the drawing so you can really see what you're getting.

Step 2: Layout

Once we've settled on the size, shape, and placement of your new pool, we'll start the planning process and paint it out on the ground.

Step 3: Excavate

Once the plan has been approved, excavation begins! We'll carefully dig and trim to specifications, remove stumps and clay, and bring in crushed stone.

Step 4: Plumb

We install the skimmers, return lines, main drains, and any other plumbing lines to the respective equipment designed for your pool.

Step 5: Structural Steel

Once the site is prepped with crushed stone, structural steel is laid in.

Step 6: Gunite

Once the site is properly prepared, gunite is blown in with compressed air. Water is added at the nozzle, adding just enough water so that it doesn't weaken the structural integrity. Fun fact: Gunite offers almost twice the strength as concrete!

Step 7: Tile Preparation

The opening for your pool will be capped and prepped with mortar for the hand-crafted tile of your choice to be placed within.

Step 8: Deck Construction

Concrete forms will be constructed around your pool according to our original design specifications.

Step 9: Surface Finishing

A mixture of white cement, limestone, and marble is sprayed over the surface area.

Step 10: Just Add Water!

Now you can begin enjoying your new pool!

Overall Experience

The reviews are mixed, with two out of three customers expressing disappointment and frustration with their experiences.

Poor Experiences

Jake Silver and Sally Regel both gave the company one star reviews. Jake reported a concerning incident where employees in a truck failed to slow down, despite clear signs of construction, and nearly hit someone in a neighboring lane. He was also unhappy with the employees' behavior, stating they gave him the "bird" (insulting language). Sally Regel had a series of unimpressive visits to purchase hot tub supplies, with no one available at the store on multiple occasions. This led her to walk out, describing the experience as the "worst".

Positive Experience

On the other hand, Alan Ball gave the company a five-star review. He had a positive experience with technician Drew, who came to fix his hot tub's heating issue. The technician was punctual, professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly, making the repair process seamless. Alan was impressed with the no-hassle service and would recommend Drew for hot tub repairs.
