Pool Maintenance

Our expert pool maintenance technicians will:

• Come once a week on a consistent day
• Net floating debris
• Brush tiles and water line
• Clean tiles with acidic cleaner to remove calcium and water line buildup
• Vacuum pool
• Brush steps and walls, lights, and skimmers
• Empty skimmer and pump strainer baskets
• Check chemicals (pH, alkalinity, water hardness, calcium, TDS) and adjust accordingly

• Orientations for new pool owners: We will come to your house and show you how to operate your pool and equipment, test the water, turn on the heater, set the filtration hours, how and when to clean the filter, set the pool valves, and answer your general questions. The cost for this service is typically $125.00.
• Pool inspection: Buying or selling a home with a swimming pool? We will inspect the overall condition of your pool along with the functionality and condition of the equipment. The cost for this service is typically $95.00.
• Filter cleaning: How frequently your filter needs cleaning depends on several factors, including the size of your pool, the size and type of filter used, bathers and contaminant loads. Most manufacturers recommend a minimum twice a year complete filter tear down and cleaning. We can come out one time or every six months, whatever you prefer. • Equipment troubleshooting & repairs: If your equipment malfunctions or stops working, we can handle it. Just give us a call and we will send someone out right away!

• Pool lighting: We can repair faulty lighting, install new lighting (including color-changing S.A.M., color wheel, fiber optic, or LED color-changing lighting), and inspect your lighting to be sure it is safe for swimming and protected by a GFI (ground fault circuit interrupter).
• Acid washing: Typically every 5 to 7 years a pool should be drained and acid washed to remove discoloring caused by chemicals. Simply put, an acid wash is the purposeful stripping of a tiny layer of plaster, exposing fresh plaster beneath.
