Our Story

Founded by Steven DeBiasi, our company has a rich history that spans over 40 years. Steve's journey began in 1979, when he moved to Oahu from Connecticut at the age of 19. It was during this time that he met his mentor, renowned landscape architect Jim Hubbard. Over the years, Steve developed a passion for landscape design and construction, which eventually led him to establish DeBiasi Pacific in 1983. The company quickly gained a reputation for excellence, and we have since expanded our operations to include commercial projects for global resort companies across the Pacific.
